Village Park Milton is a newer community offering studio, one-and-two- bedroom apartments and bungalow and cottage homes. The homes have 10-foot ceilings and privacy, but with full access to the main building. The cottages and bungalows at Village Park Milton have full kitchens, stone countertops, stainless appliances, in unit washer and dryers and fireplaces. It is a pet friendly community.

Independent living apartments at Village Park Milton offer the same updated, desired amenities as the cottages and bungalows. With floor to ceiling windows, the apartments are spacious and sunny and some have balconies. The studios are more spacious than most communities in the area and have full kitchens. Assisted living apartments have a variety of kitchenettes or full kitchens, many with balcony options.
