Hope Center Memory Care

Located at 355 Brandywine Boulevard in Fayetteville, GA is the Hope Center Memory Care. A single- story memory care residence caring for 64 residents.  The desire at Hope Center Memory Care is to help every resident to live life to its fullest, Hope Center provides a family environment for residents to thrive and feel safe.

Care Offered

With specialized care specifically for those with memory loss from Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, Hope Center Memory Care provides a unique setting where there are four villages, each with 16 residents.  Each village has its own kitchen, dining room and common areas.  This specific design allows for a smaller, more homelike setting for residents to receive personalized care based on knowing each resident’s personal preferences.

At Hope Center Memory Care help is readily available for personal care needs such as bathing, grooming and dressing.  Help with medication management is expected. Daily wellness checks are the norm.

All leadership are trained and certified Dementia Practitioners whose focus is to instill purpose and love in all the residents through excellent programming and care.

All therapies, occupational, physical and speech, are conveniently available on-site.  Hope Center Memory Care also welcomes and short-term respite stays when home-based caregivers may need a break.

Compassionate care is provided in the Signature Memory Care neighborhood helping residents with changing needs be it physical or emotional. The home is comfortable and adapted to residents with memory loss. Reminiscing and memorabilia are carefully in place to provide a familiar environment for their residents. Dementia affects the whole family and Hope Center Memory Care understands that and provides support for them as well. Specially trained staff is committed to helping their residents live a purposeful life.

Standout Features

Residents can enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting thoughtfully designed for them at Hope Center Memory Care.  With the garden, secure courtyard and water feature, residents and families find that it is a lovely place to sit and visit. The walking trails and path are a wonderful way to take a stroll.

The Live, Love, Learn Program provides a wide variety of activities, outings, events and celebrations to engage the six dimensions of wellness that each resident needs for greater wellbeing.  The goal every day is to help residents have a purposeful day. Residents if they wish, can help in some of daily tasks in the community.

Residents at Hope Center Memory are engaged and love to have fun! Activities, outings and events are vast and varied.  Enjoyed by all are Family Bingo nights, blueberry lemonade floats and a carnival in the community with a photo booth and face painting. Some of the other activities’ residents enjoy is pet therapy, creative art projects, wine and cheese socials and music. Lots of music! Music can be provided by talented residents who may sing or play the piano or scheduled live entertainment.

Meals are gourmet prepared by the Executive Chef to best stimulate the appetite of residents with memory loss. Beautifully prepared, colorful, tasty and nutritious.

Hope Center Memory Care offers a daily exercise class and a weekly non-denominational church service on Sundays.
