St George Village

St. George Village is a non- profit community owned by Catholic Continuing Care Retirement Communities.  Sitting on 20 beautifully landscaped acres.  St. George is the first Life Plan Community in Roswell, GA for seniors 62 and older, offering resort style independent living as well as assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing if and when needs change.

Independent living at St. George Village offers a variety of spacious, open floor plans. One bedroom and two- bedroom floor plans can include a den or office option.  Most have a screened porch or sunroom. Kitchens have stainless steel appliances along with an in -unit washer and dryer.

Residents in independent living pay a one- time entrance fee that would be 80% to 90% refundable should the resident leave for any reason.  This entrance fee allows a resident use of their apartment for as long as they are independent and it would allow a resident to have first priority to the other care levels on campus.  A monthly service fee would also be charged for amenities, services, taxes and one reserved parking space.

Residents at St George Village are active enjoying a plethora of things to do and see.  They enjoy the lake and the walking path around it along with a beautiful gazebo and waterfall. Raised bed gardens are available for those that love to garden.  The indoor pool and fitness center are other favorite activities of the residents.  The activity calendar at St George Village is vast and loaded with opportunities for everyone to do what they love or try something new.

St George Village has a beautiful chapel where Catholic Mass and other denominational services are available.

Three dining venues are available at St. George Village. Lakeside Grille for fine restaurant style dining and Lakeside Grille Pavilion for residents who would enjoy outside dining. St. George Village Bistro is available for more casual dining.

Three different neighborhoods designed to meet residents changing needs are available.  The Springs Assisted Living, Friendship House Memory Support and Treasures of Lakeview Skilled Nursing are all under the Wellington Court community. Providing 24- hour nursing oversight to manage higher level of care needs, each resident can expect a tailored plan that changes as their needs may change.  All therapies and rehabilitative services are available at Treasures of Lakeview Skilled Nursing.
