Care Offered

All residents are encouraged to participate one on one or in groups with The Mansions partner FOX Rehabilitation’s wellness programs. The focus of the program is to restore body confidence and reduce falls and hospitalizations.  There is no cost to the resident to participate and it is a very popular program, enjoyed by many of the residents.

Being independent living, residents are welcome to employ home care of their choice to provide assistance with changing needs for aging in place within the community.

As aging experts and understanding the importance of aging in place, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities are offered in a separate community at the 3675 Old Milton Road Parkway campus located on the same 9- acre property.

The Mansions at Alpharetta are proud to offer their large one- and two-bedroom apartments designed to be spacious with generous closets, in unit washer and dryers, walk-in showers.  Each gourmet kitchen is complete with granite counter tops and full- size stainless steel appliances.  Every apartment has a balcony or a patio.

Included at The Mansions at Alpharetta are housekeeping and maintenance services, transportation to medical appointments, outings and errands.  All utilities are included (gas, electric, trash, local phone, expanded basic cable and internet).

Three chef prepared meals are provided daily with a lovely brunch offered on Sundays. Residents love Waffle Wednesday where they get to enjoy large homemade fluffy Belgian waffles!  The chefs at The Mansions create beautiful food, lovingly and expertly prepared offering a variety of menu choices to keep residents well fed and looking forward to their next meal. Another favorite event of the residents is the weekly Farmers Market.

Celebrations of all kinds, live music and entertainment, so many clubs like Men’s Club and Garden Club, health seminars, outings, corn hole and chair volleyball are just a few of the exciting and varied activities and events that The Mansions at Alpharetta provides for their residents.  With a fitness center, activities and craft room, a lounge for shooting pool and playing games, residents can be as busy as they want with so many options of things to do and experience.
