Located at 3747 Peachtree Road NE in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA is the exceptional campus of Lenbrook Atlanta. For over 35 years, the not-for-profit, Lenbrook Atlanta, has been providing a stellar experience for senior living. Lenbrook Atlanta is Atlanta’s only nationally accredited continuing life care plan community and has held and continues to hold this accreditation for over 20 years.

They offer a full continuum of care at Lenbrook Atlanta.  From independent living, assisted living, memory care to skilled nursing conveniently located on one campus. Lenbrook Atlanta has two options for residency. One is with an entrance fee and the other is monthly. The entrance fee has a refundable component to it.

Lenbrook Atlanta offers perfectly appointed one -and two- bedroom apartments, some with a den. Independent villas and flats are also available. There are over 30 floor plans to choose from. With a Resident Coordinator and a VIP Moving Program, help is available to make your move go smoothly to make sure every detail is considered.

While the community is amidst of everything exciting the area offers, the campus itself is in a quiet setting with mature trees. The landscaping is lush and beautiful. The terraces have amazing views of the Buckhead skyline to Kennesaw Mountain.

Care Offered

Lenbrook Atlanta provides assisted living suites and memory care. Long-term nursing care and rehabilitation are available and include a 60-day benefit for each resident. They provide residents with the convenience of an on-site clinic for physician care, lab work and monitoring of chronic conditions.

Lenbrook Atlanta has full-time nurses on-site in additional to the certified nursing assistants.  There are visiting physicians available to oversee care at Lenbrook Atlanta. They are not employed by Lenbrook Atlanta but have been screened and certified to come into the community to treat patients. Lenbrook Atlanta also has therapists available that will continually update a resident’s physician.

Help with personal care needs and medication management is available in all levels of care at Lenbrook Atlanta. Higher needs, such as transfer and mobility help and incontinence care, can also be accommodated.

Memory care is highly secure for residents who may be exit seeking.
