Located at 1967 Highway 54 West in Peachtree City, GA is Heritage of Peachtree, a Heritage Senior Living community. Heritage of Peachtree is located in Fayette County, conveniently located only four miles from Piedmont Fayette Hospital.  Warm, inviting and on the smaller side, 50 residents call Heritage of Peachtree home. Care Offered

Heritage of Peachtree offers a safe and supportive environment ready to help with personal care needs and tasks. From bathing, dressing and grooming to medication management there is compassionate staff who want to see residents live their best life. Whatever the challenges a resident may be facing, be it physical or emotional, there will be assistance every step of the way.

Residents enjoy the convenience of having in house physicians, home health and hospice providers visiting on a regular basis at Heritage of Peachtree.  Available on-site are physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation therapies.

Provided for all residents at no charge is a personal emergency pendent and there are emergency call systems in the bedroom and bathroom.

Care and support at Heritage of Peachtree not only is for residents but for families as well. Resources are provided for families to include educational classes, sensitivity training and family support groups. As a new resident moves into the community orientation is provided for both the resident and family members to help get comfortable and familiar with their new home.

A variety of social events, educational programs and entertainment fill the monthly calendar at Heritage of Peachtree.  Residents also stay busy with arts, crafts, cards and games and various clubs.  Exercise classes are available to meet everyone’s abilities as well as a walking club. Weekly happy hours with musical entertainment are a favorite with the residents. Celebrations follow the calendar year and include birthday parties for residents and themed events to ‘visit’ different parts of the world.

Beautifully presented food and desserts delight residents daily. Whether it’s a special event or a regular day, meals are colorful, delicious and nourishing at Heritage at Peachtree. Special dietary needs can be accommodated.

Heritage at Peachtree is pet friendly for pets under 10 pounds.  The walking path that circles the community is a nice way to enjoy the grounds. There are raised gardens for residents who like to garden. Residents participate in planting and tending to the gardens.

There are many places to gather and visit. Inside at Heritage of Peachtree is large and open with windows surrounding the community to bring in the sunshine.  Sit by the fireplace or in a comfy chair to enjoy movies with your friends. The beautiful screened porch or sitting outside by the gardens and the water fountain are some of the resident’s favorite places to relax.
