Manchester Court is family owned and home to 70 residents in assisted living and memory care.  Residents have their choice of studio apartments or companion suites.

Care Offered

Each resident has an individual care plan at Manchester Court to ensure that every detail of care is accounted for. Medical technicians are on-site 24/7 making sure medications are given correctly and at the right time. Help with all personal care needs is available for all residents. Coordination and scheduling of medical appointments are services provided that families and residents appreciate.

Manchester Court has a resident physician and other medical support professionals visiting on a regular basis for resident convenience.  Physical, occupational and speech therapies are also available.

Initial assessments for every resident are conducted by the registered nurses on staff at Manchester Court.  These assessments are repeated every three months assessment to ensure that any change of condition or extra help is notated and given.

Along the Journey is specialized programming for memory care residents. A component of Along the Journey is providing five smaller meals throughout the day to ensure residents are receiving the proper nutritional requirements daily.

At Manchester Court, staff has continued training through the year in order to better serve residents.

Residents love to spend time outdoors and at Manchester Court.  The two beautifully landscaped interior courtyards are favorite places to socialize and connect with friends.  Another enjoyable feature is the aviary room where residents care for the community birds.  Manchester Court is pet friendly and there is plenty of green space to walk pets.

Residents are busy at Manchester Court. Activities are available 7 days a week planned by a certified activities director.  With events and outings along with a wide variety of things to do from morning to evening, residents always have things to look forward to. The calendar is filled with opportunities to exercise, be creative, continued learning and music. Being located close to downtown Conyers, outings are planned to visit places around the historical district.  Church is also celebrated in the community every other week.

Menus at Manchester Court are designed by a registered dietician. Chef prepared meals are a highlight with a variety of fresh entrees prepared daily to satisfy everyone’s appetite.

Security is a priority at Manchester Court with coded keypad at each entry point. Families and residents feel good knowing that there is not free access into the community.
