Orchard at Brookhaven

Orchard at Brookhaven is a luxury senior living community with 79 private apartments serving both assisted living and memory care patients. Conveniently located near downtown Atlanta, this community can be found at 1634 Afton Lane NE in Brookhaven. Residents at Orchard Senior Living enjoy all the amenities of a larger community but with a small-community feel. Making up the larger community are five smaller “living groves.” Each grove houses eight to 23 apartments. Residents’ care levels range from assisted living to late-stage dementia.

Orchard Senior Living Brookhaven also applies structure and programming to care plans. This ensures residents’ time is balanced in four specific areas: self-care, purpose, renewal, and activity. This is carried out via a wide variety of interesting and inspirational engagement opportunities found on the Grove Program Calendars. Furthermore, there are four levels of activity and engagement programming.

For residents with memory impairment, Orchard Senior Living Brookhaven utilizes two programs: Positive Approach to Care and Living Gems programs, both by Teepa Snow. Meals are served by professional wait staff. Menus are ability-based and a product of nutrition consultations that determine resident needs to maintain a nutritional balance in their diet.
