Caring for 115 residents, The Mansions Assisted Living and Memory Support is conveniently located in the Avalon area, on Old Milton Parkway very close to GA 400 (Exit 10).  It is .3 miles south of The Mansions at Alpharetta Independent Living which is on the same nine- acre property.

Care Offered

Discreet, encouraging assistance is provided 24/7 for activities of daily living in assisted living.

The wellness programs are considered proactive and encouraging residents to focus on maintaining independence as long as possible. There are specialized therapy services available for residents living with Parkinson’s disease or other movement disorders.

Residents who need memory support have trained staff in memory care helping around the clock providing specialized attention. Memory care living environments are small, caring for 12 to 16 residents.  The smaller size promotes a more home-like, family- oriented environment.

Standout Features

Fox Optimal Living Program encompasses regular exercise with a focus on fall prevention and hospitalizations by improving balance and mobility with strength training.  With more than 150 minutes of therapeutic physical activity weekly, in a one on one or group setting, residents benefit from their own individualized plan.  Classes are led by an exercise physiologist and there is a full time Doctor of Physical Therapy onsite. Some thoughtful elements of design that are throughout The Mansions are open spaces that are bright and cheery, easy to navigate wide hallways provide for a very warm welcome. There are several floor plans and some apartments have hardwood style flooring, some carpet and some have vaulted ceilings and others have high ceilings. All apartments have walk in closets.  Many of the apartments have wooded views. The apartments and have granite countertops and stainless- steel appliances and are larger than many other communities in the area

There is much to do at The Mansions with resident centered and resident led activities that can be spiritual, physical, social and educational. The calendar is full with music, entertainment, classes, clubs, movies in the theater and outings to name a few. The community is pet friendly and located near the Alpharetta Greenway Trails to enjoy the walking paths. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and residents appreciate the gardens and outside seating areas.
